2022 Summer Hockey Skills Development Program

Beat the heat and keep your kids on ice this summer!  ANIA is proud to once again offer this summer Hockey Skills Development Program for Mites-Bantams.  This is an excellent opportunity for your child to develop their overall skill level during the off-season in preparation for next season.  This high-tempo programs primary focus will be individual skill training that will include power skating, balance and agility, stride development and all puck skills.  Players will be divided into age and skill appropriate groups to maximize ice usage and design the instruction to develop all talent levels.

3 on 3

The WYHA 3 on 3 Summer Hockey League is back! This is an excellent opportunity for players to improve and enhance their individual puck skills all while having fun in a fast paced half-ice game. Half-ice games allow each player to experience the whole game in a smaller, fast paced setting. Players touch the puck more often and get more scoring chances than traditional games. The tighter space will put an emphasis on developing individual skills such as passing, stick handling and dekes which will force players to keep their head up and improve their on ice decision making and reflexes. These critical skills will transfer back to full ice play next season!
